Faculty Classification Forms are a group of Faculty Classifications displayed on a form. Admin users may create multiple faculty classifications, and for ease of use these can all be put on one form. To create a new Faculty Classification Form, click on Create New on the Customization > Faculty Classification Form page. Admin users will be able to name the form and determine which academic units the form applies to.
Admin users will need to select which faculty classifications should be added to the form. Only published faculty classifications will appear within the list.
Selected faculty classifications will appear within the form builder. Admin users will be able to reorder and/or remove faculty classifications as desired.
Once the Faculty Classification Form has been published, Admin users will be able to assign faculty classification values on behalf of faculty members by completing the faculty classification form in the Admin tab. Faculty Classification Forms can also be added to Review Workflows (if licensed). See the Help section titled 'Utilizing Faculty Classification Forms'.
